This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Ester Broug argues for more transparency in the food chain, in order to allow consumers to make better informed decisions. To be able to tell consumers the true story behind our food, Ester has instigated an innovative initiative that she will share at TEDxVenlo. Her talk will cover how food scandals bring the countryside closer. How the consumer is willing to pay a little more for ‘honest’ food.
